Cute Card Thursday Cupcake Birthday

Well I hope you have all recovered from celebrating in the New Year. We had a fab time with friends, lots of good food, cocktails and rocking out on Rock Band!! Got home yesterday and didn't want to start the New Year by tacking the ironing so opted for a watching Willy Wonka whilst making up this card.

I followed the Cute Card Thursday sketch for the layout. They have Alison of Stretch N' Bubbles as the sponsor this week. A chance to win four of her fab digi-stamps!

This card also fits with the challenge at Crazy for Challenges as it features some polka dots and the Clearly I Stamp challenge of brads which keep the spotty vellum in place.

Off to Boundary Mill now, see what's left in the sale. Might pop into Ikea though for some extra crafty storage, just not told hubby that bit yet as he hates going in Ikea!! LOL
Bye for now,

Louise xx

  5. That is cute! I am finding more and more that I like "fun" brads. Button brads, flower brads, snowflake brads... I do really like your red background paper, too. Great work on the challenges!

  7. Love that cupcake and a very good way to keep that annoying (but lovely) vellum in place. Thanks for playing along with us at Clearly Inspired Challenges.
